Was your disability claim rejected in part or totally by the VA?

Often, a rejection merely means the VA lacked sufficient information to award you disability on your initial claim. It is always a good idea to appeal the decision with the assistance of people who know how to work with you and the VA to get the correct information into the hands of the right people and to properly pursue a revised decision.

?

Our law offices offer assistance in your appeal.

I am certified by the VA to file primary claims and to help you with your appeal.

Best of all, there is no cost to you up front.

Assistance with primary claims are at no cost. Payment only occurs if the appeal results in an approval of your disability claim. Before I begin with your appeal, you will be asked to sign a form that tells the VA the percent (no more than 20%) of the back pay you will receive in a one-time initial payment that you agree to pay your attorney. When your appeal is successful, the VA will send you a check (less the amount you agreed to for your attorney). The VA pays the attorney directly. This is a one-time payment to the attorney for handling your appeal. ALL NEWLY APPROVED DISABILITY PAYMENTS GOING FORWARD GO TO YOU. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain by contacting me as soon as possible! Let's get started today.
